הסיפור שלנו
מזקקת הולנדר היא מזקקה משפחתית הממוקמת בהרי ירושלים ומתמחה בייצור משקאות אלכוהולים המיוצרים מחומרי גלם מקומיים.
העסק המשפחתי, אשר החל בשנת 1930 ונסגר עקב מלחמת העולם השניה ניפתח מחדש בשנת 2017 הפעם בארץ הקודש בהרי ירושלים.

1930
תחילת הדרך
אזכור ראשון ליקב ומזקקה בבעלותו של ר' יצחק אייזיק הולנדר בעיירה ניטרה בסלובקיה. אישתו אלטה איטל לאה הולנדר לבית שיינפלד משמשת כייננית היקב.
1941
מחנה המעצר באיטליה
אונייתו של ר׳ שיינפלד (סבא רבא משפחת הולנדר) נתפסת ובמקום להגיע לארץ ישראל נלקח למחנה מעצר באיטליה, שם הוא מנצל את הידע המקצועי שלו בזיקוק, בונה מזקקת מפחים שמצא במחנה ומזקק אלכוהול לשומרים במחנה.
סוף מלחמת העולם השניה
המשפחה חוזרת לניטרה ומגלה שהיקב נגנב מידיהם וב-1947 שני בני המשפחה, יוסי ועקיבא, עולים לארץ ישראל לבקר את סבא ר׳ שיינפלד.
1948
מלחמת העצמאות
יוסי הולנדר נהרג במלחמת העצמאות, בקרב טנטורה רק 9 ימים לאחר קום המדינה
1950
עולים לישראל
בעקבות המוות של הבן יוסי, המשפחה כולה עולה לארץ ישראל.
1945
מפעל ענבי ציון
משפחת הולנדר מתחילה לסחור ביין בארץ ישראל - בעלי מפעל ענבי ציון בבת ים לייצור משקאות.
בנוסף לכך מחזיקה חנות משקאות בעיר יפו.

הפסקת פעילות
המשפחה נופלת לקשיים כלכליים ומפסיקה לסחור ביין ואלכוהול
2012
בניית החלום מחדש
המשפחה מתחילה בבנית החלום מחדש. הם מתחילים לרכוש ציוד יד שניה מכל רחבי העולם ומשפצים אותו עד הבאתו למאה ה-21.

שריפה
חלקת המזקקה נשרפת עד היסוד בשרפות שמשתוללות בארץ באותו החודש

1930
Starting Out
The winery and distillery was founded by Isaac Hollander, in Nitra Slovakia. His wife, Leah Rosa Hollander (nee Sheinfeld) was the chief winemaker.
Detention Camp in Italy
On the course of his journey to Israel, Rabbi Sheinfeld's (Leah Rosa's father) ship was wrecked. The ship was captured by a passing Italian ship, and taken to a detention camp in Italy. There he implemented his distillation know-how, and made alcohol for the camp guards.

End of WWII
The Hollander family returned to Nitra, only to discover that their winery had been taken over by the local farmers.
1948
War of Independence
Yossi Hollander was killed in the War of Independence, only 9 days after the establishment of the State of Israel.
1950
Making Aliyah
Following Yossi's tragic death, the entire family changed plans, and made 'Aliya' to the young state of Israel.
1945
Grapes of Zion Factory
The Hollander family made an attempt to start anew in the local wine industry. They opened a store in Jaffa and a beverage factory in Bat Yam.
1957
1963
Discontinuation
The Hollander family encountered financial difficulties, and discontinued its wine trading.
Rebuilding the Dream
The Hollanders purchased an old refinery and began renovating second hand equipment. They were going to make their dream come true!
2012
2016
Fire
The initial refinery structure was burned in a malicious fire that destroyed the entire area that year.
2017
Rehabilitation
The refinery was rebuilt and development of new products ensued.
March 2019
Embarking on a New Path
The Hollander distillery received its manufacturing license from the Ministry of Health, and began marketing its products.
